Dainippon Screen (SCREEN) is a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment for the lithography coat/develop and wet cleaning/etching processes. SCREEN is well known in the industry for manufacturing the most reliable equipment used in the production of semiconductor wafers and has won high marks year after year for its equipment reliability.
